Now that you have the monitor, don't consider yourself to be safe. It
is just a tool. You are the actual person to control your blood
pressure. That can be done through regular exercises, proper diet
control, and with the removal of all those negativities that
contributed to your blood pressure.
Also, just because you have the monitor, don't make a chronic habit of
taking the reading now and then. Have a fixed time table and a regular
chart to note down the blood pressure readings.
