in fiber and experts say the fiber absorbs excess cholesterol from the
liver and then excretes it.

Studies have indicated that sufficient amounts of garlic on a daily
basis can lessen the risk of heart disease.

include eating the proper diet, getting plenty of exercise on a daily
basis, and living a healthy lifestyle.
