Are you thinking about joining a network marketing team? Have you joined a network marketing team and you’re not having success? The biggest difference between the top 3% in network marketing and the bottom 97% is the top 3% are all leaders. That’s right; that is the biggest difference. So if you are looking to have success in network marketing and you are not a leader or don’t have what it takes to become a leader than you will FAIL like 97% of people do.
In my opinion there are naturally gifted leaders, and there are people who have worked hard on becoming leaders. If you are naturally gifted leader there is no point for you to read on, go to step two in my course. However; if you have the desire to be successful in Network Marketing listen up to what I have to say in the following paragraphs.
In order to become a leader you have to build yourself before you think about building your business. This must be your first step if you want to have success in network marketing. Without developing yourself into a leader how could you honestly expect that people in your organization will have success? You could recruit 50 people into your business but if there is no one to lead them than they will just fall in with the 97% and your time spent recruiting them is wasted. Develop yourself first!
Your mindset is crucial to your success in Network Marketing. If you do not program your mind for success than success will never find you. You need to stand out from all others. You will run into people who will tear you down for having the ambition to start your own business. People will call it a scam because you’re not trading your time for money. You will have to program yourself so you can instill the same in your organization.
Think about this story…There are three monkeys around a tree for the sake of this story we will call them monkey 1,2,and 3. There is the world’s largest banana at the top of this tree that could feed a monkey for years. Monkey one sees it and takes a leap right up the tree and falls down hard. Monkey two laughs at monkey one and takes his turn at it and he falls down even harder. Monkey one and two walk away annoyed leaving monkey 3 by himself. Monkey 4 walks up and sees monkey 3 looking up into the tree. Monkey 3 tells monkey 4 to not even think about trying because its impossible, can’t be done. So monkey 4 doesn’t attempt. Monkey 5 walks up and sees monkey 3 and 4 looking up at the tree. Monkey 4 tells monkey 5 to not even think about trying because its impossible, can’t be done. Monkey 5 doesn’t listen, climbs up the tree, grabs the banana, and walks away. Monkey 3 and 4 stand in disbelief. Little did they know that monkey 5 was def. Think about this story.
